UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER:

Be sure to open and inspect the shipment while the driver is still there, then:

If there are any damages, write “Damaged” on the Delivery Receipt and ACCEPT the shipment.
You MUST report damage to Adagio within 48 hrs. (Monday-Friday).
If not reported within 48 hours, you will be responsible to file a claim (yourself) with the freight carrier.
Pictures of the packaging and all damages need to be emailed to Adagio. Once these pictures have been received, Adagio will send out replacement parts.
If you are unable to open and inspect the shipment, please write “Possible Concealed Damage” on the delivery ticket and give to the driver. (Do not refuse the shipment).

Warranty

Adagio does not manufacture the pumps we sell with each feature. The warranty for each pump is provided by the manufacturer. Adagio's Customer Service Team is based out of Salt Lake City, UT and can be reached M-F from 8am-5pm at 801-255-9484.

Each Adagio Water Feature comes with a 1-year Limited Warranty.
